What We Do.

The Indiana State Police Alliance (ISPA) was established in 1974 as an association of Indiana State Troopers with a mission of promoting better law enforcement to the citizens of Indiana and gaining state-wide support for Indiana Troopers. Since our humble beginning in 1974 our scope has broadened significantly.

Mission: To promote better law enforcement to the citizens of Indiana and gain statewide support for Indiana Troopers.

Vision: Support Indiana Troopers through programs that enrich their well being and promote better law enforcement.

Values: Integrity, Superior Quality, Outstanding Service, Teamwork, Mutual Respect, and Accountability.

Thank you so much for your support of the Indiana State Police Alliance. Thank you for believing in our mission and understanding the importance of law enforcement. Your donations help us restore our ranks, attract good recruits, provide enhanced safety equipment, and provide financial support to our troopers in times of need.

We believe it is important to recognize those who support us. For our fall fundraising campaign, we have two of our retro-reflective 2026 ISPA supporter decals and our Silver 2026 donor ID card for anyone who sends in a donation. For those who can donate $50 or more, we’re offering four decals and our Gold 2026 donor ID card.

State Troopers play a crucial and versatile role in law enforcement including highway patrol and traffic enforcement, criminal law enforcement, public safety and emergency response, community engagement and outreach. We are dedicated and we are here to always protect you.
